Equipment Overview
Mold pre-heating tunnel is designed for pure chocolate product pre-heating, especially for the 3D mold.
Equipment Description
■ Translational design: It is designed in translational mode, so that the mold can be fully pre-heated;
■ Energy saving: The equipment offer energy saving of 30% more than the similar equipment;
■ Auto start or stop due to failure: When a failure occurs, the device automatically stops and sends alarm;
■ Drying feature: The equipment has a proper drying function, which can provide the environment of the mold with constant moisture;
■ PLC Control System: The electric control system is designed in a manner of integration and optimization. With friendly human interface, the PLC control makes the operation more efficient and reliable.
